hey guess what guys i was not putting enough air in the tire. i was puttting 29psi but i gót a tip here to put 43 psi and bingo it worked.

This was my solution to the toggle switch for windshield squirters. Three covered toggle switches. Left one is on/off for fuel pump, middle one is momentary for starter, right one is momentary for washer, knob is trip odo reset. Attached Image
