So what is that air dam made out of?

I need something that is tough, but only semi-flexible, unlike natural rubber.

Might want to look at commercial grade vinyl baseboard.

I found this stuff:

At Speedway motors. Guess you'd have to build an aluminum frame to hold it.

Anyone ever use this stuff?

.125 thick black abs plastic

Check out my door panels sometime. I just slapped abs plastic on to meet OSPO regs. Tough and cheap.
