Title pretty much says it all, but one of the perks of working outside in your driveway is that when something rolls off the end of the trunk means that it's gone forever. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) I need to find a place to buy one of those little plastic and brass screws on caps for the terminals on a VDO sender. I suppose I could just get a brass nut, but it's nice to be able to turn them off by hand. What are those things called anyway?

Knurled nuts.

And RadioShack may have something with them on it, but it's an old school and expensive nut to produce, so most the nowadays just use brass hex nuts.

McMaster car will have them.

Ah! Knurled nut. That's it. I'll run up to the hardware store to figure out the size tomorrow. Thanks Rich.
