(IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) On my car, we modified the plenum so the intake could be rotated which allowed for the air cleaner and assorted sensors to be mounted below the decklid. I'd be interested to see some closeups too .. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Your car is Varioram Andy? I thought it was a straight-up 3.6 pre-Varioram? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Where in my post did i ever say my car was varioram??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

Any other pics or info on the build? More pics as I can find time. Under car pic. All of 5 pieces of sheet metal are modified 9146, or spec (hand) made for this engine-to-car application. I was not able to use anyones "Made to fit" 9146/ 3.6 custom sheet metal for this build. Headers pictured are only for fitment , not ceramic coated yet. |

My guess is, that will be one fast MO FO! If the owner doesn't mind, can we have more pics please? Body, wheels and tires etc.

First, I'd never criticize anybody for running sans a deck lid... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
Secondly, your client could have simply installed one of these and hidden the V-ram under a set of designer suitcases. Seems to make sense... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif) Seriously (now), I don't mind it...it reminded me of an old fat Vette "stinger" heading backwards. I like to see new things... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Marty - Is his hood scoop thingie designed mostly for downforce? I see only a small grill for what appears to be for a cooler on the leading edge. Interesting (cool) concept... T |

Now I understand why this one I saw back in 2004 in Ventura did not have a trunk lid ! it has a deck lid it opens backwards I checked out the rear trunk mechanism when it was at the Ventura show. Basically simple re-creation of a BMW 2002/320i front hood brackets + related parts, then grafted into the 914's rear trunk area. Clean and simple, has a Bold look too ! |

Raphael is named after Raphael Sanzio. He is the angry, aggressive and very stubborn one. It will not take much to get his blood boiled. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
