What do you all do when re installing the engine/tranny aside from the CV Joint gaskets and nut/washer replacement? Do you clean the ends and re grease?

Its a good idea to remove, clean and regrease the CV's since when was the last time they were done? The service is supposed to be done every 30k.
Total messy job but what the hell, you can put it off for another 30k.
