I know there was a thread about this somewhere. I tried to search for it in the forums but couldn't find it.
Something about breaking the tab at the switch and wiring in the relay...
Anyone know where that thread is?
Thanks,
David

This works better than the original as you get programmable delay. Yes, you need to brake the tab on the SIGNALING switch (the other one). The tab prevents the wiper switch from moving in the intermittent position. Once you get the switches out of the car, it will be intuitive.

Are you sure about breaking the tab on the signaling switch? I saw a tab on the wiper lever switch (earlier today) and broke it off. It did give me a new position below the off position....
Thanks for the link :-)

I think I'm going to forego the washer for now. So, I just want to find the thread about breaking off the wiper switch tab and adding in the relay to obtain the intermittent (down switch) function, like what the dealers did.
I'm going to add a wash system from an old 928 and have a button switch seperate.
