I need a working set of injectors for my 75 2.0

It was a CA car - but not sure if that matters.

Searching about I'm confused. This part: W0133-1600748 is what I thought I'm looking for, but everywhere I find it, it says it is for 73-74 914 2.0

Was there a different injector for the 75 and later models?

Thanks,

Len

Part numbers make a difference, color doesn't. As I recall, '75-'76 injectors are different. Worldpac lists the '73-'74 injectors as available, the later ones aren't, at least from them. Porsche part number 039 906 031, Bosch part number 0 280 150 019. I don't have the numbers for the later injectors.

So 74 2.0 injectors will or will not work in a 75 then?

Bosch ESI says the 0 280 150 019 (VW 039 906 031) was used on 914 2.0L from 08/72 - 12/75. So they should work.

The 2.0L in the 1976 912E used 0 280 150 105 but it was L-Jet.

All the bullshit aside, I took a '73 engine out of my car and replaced it with a '75. Injectors were the same and all I did was plug the air pump holes in the head. Car ran perfectly.

Same-same. See attached chart for specs and substitute injectors. I saw new 2.0L injectors the other day for sub$70. Just google the PN and you will be surprised what comes up.

Sure, what part number are you talking about? I see many for 2.0.

Thanks!

The 031 and 031A 2.0L injectors are interchangable. Some speculate that the pintles are harder in the 031A injectors, but who knows...their specs are the same.
