Never before seen, a new 914 label has been located.

While pulling a harness the other day, the owner let me remove this awesome factory emissions label...from the passenger side door jamb.

It was a 1976 CA market 914 with the catalytic converter in the exhaust.

Truly a remarkable find.

Also it is label B6 now documented on my "Plates Labels Markings" webpage on my Classic 914 site at the link in my signature block below.

So if you have a 1976 CA market 914, with less than 30KMI on it, the dealership will buy you a new CAT when its time.

And that 2x,xxx yellow `76 2L that was listed on here last year, would still be eligible for replacement by the dealer today, just as the NHSTA recalls never expire until completed! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nice find Jeff!

Now maybe you can create some reproductions for the `76 owners out there! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Cheers! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
