Yes I searched, yes I read my manual, no I can't find the torque setting for the three bolts that hold the cooling fan on.

Best I can tell from what I found was 14 Ft/lb but that seems fairly light.

From Tom Wilsons book;

hub to crankshaft---23 ft lbs
fan to hub----------14 ft lbs

I've never had one come loose at 14.

......Never used a torque wrench on 1(fan hub)& never
