the easiest way to test is to take it out of the plenum and put 12 V on it,, it should click and if you have a source of compressair , connected to it ,, it will blow air,, be sure to check your cold start valve sensor mounted under the plenum, it is a temperature sensitive switch to ground, , you should have continuity if it is colder than -10C and no contact over 0C
