The tuner knob gave up the ship. It spins without changing the channel. I went on The Samba and found some instructions with some pics. I'm wondering whether anyone on 914World has been inside a Saphire ( or related radio ) and has thoughts on this. And is there something I need to be careful so as to not make a mess ? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I have not opened up the radio yet...
Here's a few of the pics from a DIY andthe link: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=567223 Attached thumbnail(s) |
