FS: Porsche 914/6 GT Race Car. Professionally built by Dawe Motorsports in 1985. Ex- Andial engine builder, Peter Dawe created a light weight and powerful GT Porsche, based on a 1972 914. At 1,650 lbs on nearly a complete tube chassis and 310 HP it is equipped with a 2.9 liter six cylinder 911S engine with Cosworth pistons with low tension piston rings, Pauter rods, cross drilled crank in a cross drilled, lightened, honed and shuffled pinned case. A close ratio competition 5 speed 901 gearbox, 935 front brakes, 944 rears. 16' Ultralite alloy racing wheels on Hoosier slicks. Decked out in Repsol colors and complete with it's Richie Ginther wind screen.

Raced for 25 years by the previous owner and fully maintained by Dawe Motorsports The mechanicals were rebuilt by Dawe Motorsports with a total of six hours on the car. Recent compression test shows 175-180psi and a leak down test revealed four cylinders at 1%, one at 2% and one at 3%.

The Porsche 914/6 Gt Race Car is race ready. needing only current belts and a drivers seat re-cover. Attached Image Attached Image

Very nice! And if Peter built it, it's VERY solid and VERY good.
I don't suppose you have an extra set of those wheels that can be purchased separately? I have those exact wheels and am always looking for more - need 2.
