Looking to install a rear gt spoiler?

I was wondering who has them and how did you mount it?
I did a search but didn't find the info I needed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Can someone post pics of their install?
or guide me to a thread.
Thanks for your help. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Do you mean a spoiler like this? I've installed five of these. They take a bit of work to get them to fit correctly. Ray

Epoxy and screws up from the lid.

Test fit it and you need to shave a hair off the bottom at both fenders to make sure it does not really touch them or while driving the vibration will scratch off the paint on the fenders.

Step one: Open the lid of the garbage can.
Step two: Throw it in.

I glued mine on right over the paint using an adhesive sealant and added some tabs on the sides that grab the trunk lid just in case.

No holes, I can go back to stock anytime if I don't like it.

It has been on for over 10,000 miles....

Spoilers eliminate lift, but they increase drag. Piech was a believer in low drag, and that drivers should just learn to live with it. Porsche didn’t adopt downforce until Mark Donohue showed them the light…

I'll get back to you with photos. The spoiler needs to be fitted to your trunk lid. No two are alike.
