$500 and reserve isn't met. Plus a $500 core!

This is the same fellow I had some nice e-mail exchanges with.

He was selling the 1.8L with 93K miles for $1850 or something like that!

I think he wanted $2K for this motor.

Maybe he wants less now.

I stand corrected! He wanted $2750 for the used 1.8L engine...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2412886351

and $2K for the "new" engine.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2412733844

For all his auctions... he hasn't sold one thing yet... go figure!

What are the chances that a new 914 2.0L motor has been sitting around in some shop or warehouse for decades?

The motor is in Tennessee.
Is it from one of the bumblebee's or creamscicles
that seem to keep 'popping up' in that state?

The TN connection is moot. Different seller...

This seller has no clue about realistice values of what he is selling. No wonder he has not sold anything.
