What's everyone going to have for Christmas dinner today? We are going to try prime rib, stuffing, mashed potatos with a little Claim Jumpers pumpkin pie for dessert.

I'm just heading out now to meet up with the rest of the family. We are doing Christmas at my step-sisters house this year. She is a militant vegetarian. I sure hope there is something to eat in between the salad and the dessert.

Due to the fact that we're 9 hours early (at least to CA) I already had my X-mas dinner (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) I have no idea how you'd call it, but who cares (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)
I've been at my mother and it was just delicious (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chowtime.gif)
Unfortunately my brother can't make it. He lives in Italy with wife and little boy (1 1/2 years)

I wish all of you a delicious dinner, too

My wife is Italian, but I like traditional... so...

Ravioli's & sauce
Homemade meatbals
Eggplant parmesan
Stuffed mushrooms

Rotisserie Lamb (marinated overnight in garlic, olive oil, rosemary and black pepper
Rosemary roasted Potatoes
Asparagus

Plus...
Onion pull-apart bread
Lots of horse d' ovaries

And about six kinds of pie for desert (which is funny because there are only six adults, so we each get our own pie). (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif)

Well, I am Sicillian but you know what they say, "When in Rome" so I am having Honeybaked Ham and then off to Joe's house with my daughter to have whatever he is cooking, lets see if I can remember what was on his menu, I think he said he was doing a Prime Rib, 4 or 5 beer up the butt Chickens, and several racks of Ribs. So by the end of the day, I should be about 8 pounds heavier.

Not a problem! I will save you some (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif) and I have been
mentored by her a few years ago to make the secret recipe
myself....just didn't have time to make it this year.

Cheers!
