A guy I met through a friend says his buddy has a 914/6 engine
I don't know the details yet or the condition, I don't even know if it's complete or just the longblock or even just the case....
He's suppose to get back to me with that info.

....but I do know the number 6404902
Is that a 914/6 number?

PM me if you are the owner of the correct car, I know ...long shot.

Guy said it was a running motor, it was sold as a 2.2 but they later realized the numbers were wrong.
The top end was disassembled as it had 69s pistons and cylinders (sold), so it is a shortblock with a set of heads only. Nice guy but it's just a core IMHO.
If any interest PM me and I'll pass on the contact info.
