You should visit Vermont, they have benches and adirondack chairs made of off season skis/boards EVERYWHERE for sale. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thanks everyone so far!

Yes this is an repurposed chair lift from Mt. Seymour in North Vancouver, B.C. I ended up cutting off about 6 feet the top of the arm. ran some cable through the top to the trust's.


I learnt how to ski on this chair lift in the 80's, was a snowboard instructor and coach in the 90's- early 2000's. Even had a chance to take my son on it before they replaced it two summers ago. So it's nice having a piece of history and memories sitting in my backyard.
