I was starting to put the case to head studs back in and found that they go all the way into the case. What type of sealer should I use at the case side and does anyone know what the overall height of the studs from the case surface should be after they are installed?

Thanks

Are you building a 6 or a 4? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

Stud length is more critical on a 6

Studs on a 2.0 out in the garage measures 5 1/2'" top, 7 7/16" bottom from the cyl seating surface...I'd use a little red loctite
