i have a spare decklid that I would like to put togather as a 916 type decklid for extra cooling and I like the look,
where can I get the stock expanded steel for this project
Any one put a project like this togather?

yep, just get an extra grille
the expanded metal that matches is hard to find

check the "classic threads" forum, there's a nice write up on how to do this
