Saturday is typically the best day for the show-n-shine. Plus voting for the car awards. Do that then a short drive to lunch somewhere or get our own personal roach coach. With another afternoon drive. I don't personally like to long a drive for these. Nice shorter fun drives are great. Anywhere from 1-3 hours is pretty great.

Awards at the hotel or our dinner restaurant. We just need a decent sized room preferably indoors.

Group photos are really hard to plan as far as location. Possibly the parking lot of the host hotel could be an option since we'll all be there already. The last time around a group of us just went out driving until we found a location.

I would do the poker run on Friday and just a normal drive on saturday.

I would do something in the parking lot since it's cheap and effective. But I'm a little gun-shy on booking things that we may or may not be able to afford. I see nothing wrong with a well organized parking lot dinner.
