(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) Someabiatch---this was one hellish day for rust repair. My new mig welder is so freaking hot on its lowest setting I was about to chuck all my tools into the street and strip naked and shout "Ice cream--get your ice cream here"

Well, I finally ran out of the wire that was supplied with the welder when I bought it--it was .035 inch.

I replaced it with the spool I bought of .030--this made a tremendous difference in my ability to weld the thin rusty stuff..

Here are a bunch of pics--enjoy (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wub.gif)

This one is before front trunk repair. The lower seam where it meets the inner fender and trunk floor was completely eaten away.
