Is there any interest in aftermarket exhaust pipes without heat, 1.7/1.8 style? I have been in contact with vintage speed (http://www.vintagespeed.com.tw/ ) and they can make some in 42mm pipe full stainless. If you read there feedback on The samba they are top notch . I don’t have a price yet on getting them made and I would have to send them a set of H/Es to reverse engineer. I would need a group buy of three sets minimum for them to spend the money on the jigs.

I would be interested in seeing what the price comes to, and would be interested.

I have given brief thought to bending SS tubes to refurbish old SSIs,
but I've never considered making new headers which look like stripped heat exchangers.
