O/T have I got a headach now, Been dealing with the dmv Options

I was trying to find out what I have to do to register the Banana. So I got in contact with the DMV I need to get 2 apraisals from dealers take out an insurance bond take this plus the vin to the tax office pay about $250 to get a title only. Then once I have this we start over to get the tags. At each point along the way some one wants some coin. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/flipa.gif) Excuse me I only paid $400 for this thing why would I spend more than I paid just to drive it? I feel like working on the racer and forgetting about the Banana some times.
