Ok there's a extensive Seinfeld thread going right now, so I thought I'd start one about celebrity 914 owners. This is only KNOWN celebrities who are KNOWN to own or have owned a 914. Feel free to chime in, but no speculation here, just the facts ma'am, just the facts. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif)

Wouldn't it be cool to track some of these people down, and have thier 914 stories added to my yet to be started, (yet to be totally committed to writing) 914 book???

The few that I know about:

Ann B. Davis from The Brady Bunch

Leif Garrett 70's teen idol

Brian Redmond famous Porsche racer

Peter Gregg ditto above (x2 the racer part)

Newman's crash took place at the first Rennsport Reunion at Lime Rock. It happened right in front of my wife and I on the last lap of his race. A white 911 in front of him applied the brakes, he didn't and smacked him good. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving.gif) Tore off the 911's engine cover.

I may have some pics at home if anyone would be interested.
