I just got this news from the dailysportscar website. These guys should be really fast and maybe someone, besides Dyson, will give those old Audis a run for the money.
I just hope these guys aren't using last years McLaren F1 engine. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

Bill Binnie’s Lola B05/40:
We’ve had to be patient, but now we have confirmation that Bill Binnie is the first customer for Lola’s new B05/40 LMP2 car, with Adam Sharpe and Bobby Julien set to join him in 2005, for a full season of racing that will encompass Sebring, the LMES calendar and, hopefully, Le Mans.

The Binnie Motorsports chassis will be #2, and it will be powered by John Nicholson’s normally aspirated Nicholson-McLaren V8.

"We are delighted to be working with Lola and Nicholson-McLaren and we are extremely optimistic about the speed and capabilities of this new race car,” said William Binnie.

“Our 2005 schedule includes Sebring and the five European LMES 1000K races and our season's ambition is the 24 Heures du Mans. We have made a major commitment to the new ACO rules with the purchase of this new Lola race car, which will meet all of the new 2005 ACO specifications. As a new team, we believe it is important to state that we are a fully committed and funded race team and it is our intention to compete in both Europe and the United States in 2005."
