Looking for an engine for my 914. Prefer 2.0 or larger. Really prefer a turnkey with all the sheet metal but i'm not picky so let me know what you have.

2.0 914 engine with carbs? Did the original poster but your engine? If he passes we are interested. I am working on a farther/son rebuild of a 1975 914 with my boy and the car we are starting with had a pretty tragic engine fire. If your engine is freshly rebuilt 2.0 it would certainly move our project to the drivable stage this summer. Thanks in advance Andrew Conti Drewconti@comcast.net. <--- best way to reach us andrewconti, I may have an engine you would be interested in. It is a newly rebuilt 2.2L (originally a 2.0L) that came as a second engine when I purchased my '74 914. I don't need it and would be willing to make a deal on it. I have all of the tin and double carburetors for it. PM me if you are interested. Ken |
