hi, curious as to if this is a correct muffler for 73 1.7l?
part number is 021251053D as given by the seller... auto Atlanta has the "D" as being for a 2.0L. and "C" for 1.7L the distance measured from centers of the single hole side is 25 3/8 inches he measured and has 25 1/2 inches.. so???? tks randal Attached image(s) |

another image of same muffler.
I checked the existing, ( soon to be replaced) heat exchangers and their orientation is as depicted in the diagram provided above. single hole on top... thanks for the info.... randal Attached image(s) |
