I am thinking about selling or parting my 1987 911 targa that has been converted to a 965 wide body convertible. The engine and trans were rebuilt about 17k ago. The engine has 930 cams and some other upgrades while it was being built. Exhaust has been backdated with ssi's and 2in 2out mille miglia muffler and 2 cats were added to pass smog(although it would not pass a visual it has never been an issue). Engine has new AFM, TPS, fuel cut switch, idle bypass valve.
The flares are steel and the bumpers are aftermarket fiberglass. Boxster monoblock calipers, momo sterring wheel and shift knob, 993 power seats ect. I would like to sell the engine first before starting to part the car. Car runs perfect and is currently registered in California. I just bought a Mercedes Ml55 for hauling the family so no room for this toy. I would like to get $25k in whole or parts. Thanks Please remove this add if it is not appropriate to list it here. I thought that some major parts might be interesting for the 914 crowd.  |
