nope, not really. if we're talking wiener as in that little bratwurst (sausage) which i assume is where the analogie to a man's penis comes from ... the sausage is called wiener after Wien (which you folks call Vienna), the capital of Österreich (which you folks call Austria). http://www.wien.gv.at/english/ The "Wiener Wurst" is a special Bratwurst (Sausage) with a reddish outside that kinda looks like a roasted penis. And then there's the "Wiener Schnitzel" (which is a piece of pork, breaded and baked in a pan) ... your spelling (Weiner) actually translates into "Whiner" ...
