I noticed that turbo city makes a pull through turbo system for the VW bug. Could this type system be adapted to fit our 914's? Is the engine up to the boost? If this has already been discussed, is there a link to where it has been discussed? I am going to pick up this car tomorrow and I was looking for fun options.

Hehe, I think the link does work, and Mueller was hinting as to the course of action for finding threads on turboing a 914 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

Doesn't matter though, everyone knows you can't turbo a 914 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/lol2.gif)

Did anyone ever notice how much of a PITA the search function is here. I forgot to bookmark one of my own topics and it took me 3 tries to find it with the search, AND I KNEW THE TITLE!

Yeah, I often have trouble finding things with it.. One thing I noticed was the sub-titles (the second line when you're starting a new thread) doesn't show up when you search for it. I can usually find what I'm looking for if I'm persistent enough.

I bet "you can't turbo a 914" would be a good string to search for in this case (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

link works fine (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

5 pages w/any date, pick "topic only"...of course there is some fluff such as tie-rod threads and some rambling threads, but you'll get 90% of the info pretty quickly
