I made it out there today. Didn't see this post until now though. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)
I only saw about 5 914s. I spent some time talking with the owner of the V-8 car. The previous owner had converted the car, and it was a Renegade Hybrids car from years ago before they moved to Las Vegas. Couldn't find the owners of any of the other 14s. I did overhear a guy telling his son about how difficult it is to work on these 914s. Too bad, there goes the possibility of a future enthusiast! I thought at first they would be a pain, but once I dug into them, they're suprisingly simple! |
