I want to replace the rubber bumper tops with a fiberglass piece I can paint to match. Will probably change the profile a bit to make it smoother (like 914Timo's car). Also looking to make dash pieces for the ZX gauge cluster in the 914N6.

Looking for any good websites or info on what are the good materials, ways to use them, and places to get? I think I saw somewhere a sandable foam to make shapes from?? I'm thinking of building a 'filler', glass overlay, sand, prime, remove filler, paint, done, senario.

I read an auto fiberglass handbook but it seemed a bit outdated.

thanks,
Chris
