I got the rocker assemblies installed on the 3 & 4 side but noticed that the adjuster does not sit exactly on top of the valve. It has just the slightest bit of offset. Is this normal? They went back right where they came from.

The valve adjuster should strike the valve stem off center so it rotates the valve with each stroke.
