I installed in a throttle cable and took it for a ride, I feel a vibration in the gas pedal that was never there before. Do you think I wrapped it around something? It isn't effected when I push in the clutch so I'm pretty sure it isn't around the clutch tube or cable.

You might be feeling engine vibration. Check your rubber bits holding the motor.

Try to loosen the cable slightly. Just make sure you can get to WOT. This should reduce the vibration.
