The holes are from two spotwelds I drilled out, its not very big, about 40x10 mm's.
I just cant for the life of me remember where it was on the body. |

Looks like the center brace for the rear bumper rubber.

Appears to be similar to something a DAPO put on mine to hold the engine lid hinge support bracket into position.
