Is it like the trunk lock, where you've got to remove the locking tab before anything happens? I couldn't work any longer in the garage tonight but I'd appreciate saving some cipherin' time... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

The glove box lock is the hardest to remove; I removed the glove box and radio IIRC.
Mark b did a great thread on all the locks and included helpful pictures:
