Hi all....I'm doing a turbo tie rod installation, and since there seemed to be some play in my steering rack, I purchased a used one from Bruce Stone.
Bruce sent me a ZF rack that is slightly different than the one that came out of my car. The one that was in the car has a 914 number on it, the other has a ZF number on it. The car is a '74 914.
Number is 914 347 014 01.
Number on the ZF rack is 7820 955 112.

I'm pretty sure this rack will work in my car, as is Bruce Stone.
Just want to be absolutely certain before I do the installation.
Thanks as always,
Mike
