Just got back from a trip to Naples FL and had two great 914 events.

First was a trip to see Vysoc in Bonita Springs. I can only tell you all that he has got his 914 groove on. Two cool cars and a garage full of the good stuff. Thanks so much Pete for the hospitality and the refreshments (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Turns out we had both been to the Collier Collection in Naples the day before. This is an really outstanding car collection with a definite Porsche bend. See attached photos of one of the the Marathone de la Route cars. I tried to get some detail shots of various points of interest for teener guys.

The Collier lets you get up close and personal. Just do not touch.

Includes a bunch of 550's (including 001), 356, 908, 910, two 904's and of course two 917's with a variety of engines on display (cool slide valve stuff) and a lot of other P-car stuff.

Reopens in October. Thanks again Pete!!! Ill be in touch
