Of course I hope my damn insurance get's on paying for the rest of it.

Did they pay enough for a fire extinguisher?

I have a fire extinguisher in the cab. Doesn't help when it catches on fire in the middle of the night with nobody around. Good looking our though ANDY (IMG:style_emoticons/default/splat.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

Yeah Steve 2000 camaro- Synergy green! I (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) it. It just pops no matter where or when. Still probably a week from getting it even if it runs. Still waiting on insurance to cut the final check. I don't care though. I'll just be happy to get it done & back home where it belongs

Okay my car is finally back together. They got it running today. After getting everything hooked back up. Wasn't getting spark. He went through & check all the wiring. Still no go & had questions with the aftermarket fuse panel & wiring for gauges. A lot of custom work done by PO. Which was all good but no wiring diagrams. So we sent it to another shop that is more a wiring guru. Go everything checked out under the dash & all was good. Had spark but injectors weren't getting the signal to put fuel in. Had fuel pressure & new fuel pump. It was there just wasn't coming through the injectors. After rechecking all the wires it didn't make sense everything was hooked up properly. So they called Outfront to troubleshoot. Weren't sure if it was the new ECU or the custom wiring harness they made. Found they had 3 wires in the harness that were done wrong at out front. Rewired them to where they should go despite & it started right up. Anyway my wait is almost over. I'm on vacation until sunday. So will be making a trip over next week to drive my car home (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

Exactly! I can't wait to drive it again too. Been to damn long & with the mild winter. I had plenty of nice days to take it out. Sucked not having it. I am so flipping happy to be getting it back

Just,

Are you getting today tomorrow from Bend? I'm up here, and missing the NapaBBQ.

I could video it, from one 914 of another...

Sorry bud. In Orlando on vacation with the family. Not sure what day next week I'll be picking it up. Haven't heard back since it started. They know I am out of town so may be ready. After missing work for a week. Probably be late next week
