1970 1.7
I was taking apart my steering column trying to install my new ignition switch. The clamp on the back of the black main housing seems to be broken. That might explain why my steering wheel felt loose... I also noticed the little white slider pieces in turn signal assembly. One of them is chipped off making the signal not function properly. Im really just looking for those two components, but would take a whole assembly based on price and condition. Able to pick up in Seattle area...or ship to 98134 Attached thumbnail(s) |

1970 fits 1970 only (12 pin connector)
1971 fits 1971 only (14 pin connector) 1975-76 are identical but do not work on a 1970-71 car. |

The column from a 70. The housing is good but the bearing is bad. Switch seem ok. Note the wire harness was modified with spade connectors. Asking $50 for the assembly.

I have a steering column that I would be willing to sell. I believe it's from a 70. I don't know anything about the column but it was in a box of 914 parts I bought a while back. If its what you are looking for PM me a reasonable offer.
