Folks,

I looked and I don't see it -- I may be missing something... but here's the idea -- as we run across cool 914 links (or racing links, or painting links, or... etc), it might be an idea to collect them on a links/reference page.

Just a thougth.

Hey Kim,

Well, the idea has been there for quite a while...
I just never followed up on it (like a lot of other stuff for this website)
I'm just a bit bushed with work and other stuff that I hardly have time to work on bigger projects for this site

It will happen, just not right now.

That shouldn't discourage you (and others) to vent ideas and suggestions, cause they will happen eventually!

So, I'd say start posting links right here, and they'll end up on a seperate links-page a.s.a.p.

cheers,

Jeroen

Honestly...

Dont expect any major changes or additions to the site until winter is on us again. I cant expect a whole bunch of car guy's to write code/html during decent weather..LOL

Yeah, and I'm finally back working on my car.

We went to Spa last weekend, and it was a major PITA to see all my friends on the big F1 track and me just hanging out in the paddock/pitboxes.

Even worse, I had to listen to all their bragging stories (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I decided not to go there again unless I have something to put on the track.
A good kick in the butt to get going on the car again though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

cheers,

Jeroen

Okay. How about this:

We start a thread for folks to post their favorite 914 related sites. No chatter. Just links. That way we have them archived for later use.

Great idea since I lost all my old links earlier this year. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
I did send a list of all my bookmarks to Jeroen as I thought he was doing something like this. Guess the project died.

Hey Geoff,

I should still have the list of bookmarks you send me
Checking... yep, I still have that e-mail
See, it's not that it aint gonna happen, it's more WHEN it's gonna happen (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Lemme know if you want me to e-mail you your own bookmarks back (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

cheers,

This part of the BBS is the best place to post the idea's. less traffic and easy to find the "hot topics".

Hang in there... cars first... computers last.
