Mostly gas. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif) I only use the MIG for a few small sections. I believe it's 0.23" wire with Bi-Mix gas.

Probably took me about an hour to go from the first rough cut to the final cuts. I try to go slow and take my time.
