Took my car out today and it ran real bad,when going up hill's there was no power and made a real rattle noise, the exhaust sounded like it was blowing when you accelerate,it ran fine yesterday,any ideas what could be happening

when i took it out yesterday going up hill i put my foot down and gave it a bit of a thrashing could this be connected,feels like theres no compression ,but thats me just guessing

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Where did you find a hill? Do a leak down/compression test or inspect the plugs if you suspect a compression issue.
