I have for sale a leather wrapped 914-4 steering wheel. This can be used as a base for a 1973 911 RS model. Wheel has the original leather that can either be re-stitched or you can re-wrap the wheel. I have done nothing with this wheel other than wipe the dust off. There is a small section of leather missing where the spoke connects to the rim. The leather is checkered, aged, and has some nicks and scratches. I tried to get pictures of the missing spot and also the condition of the leather where the nicks are the worst.

Part # 914 347 805 10.

Price is $225 plus shipping

Thanks,

Matt

The following was copied from this thread;

Part numbers on 914 wheels that work with early 911's

914 347 805 10 & 914 347 806 10................... Leather covered, rubber rimmed steering wheel 70/71 914/4 and 914/6 and (apparently) 73 Carrera RSs. (The best choice for 911s) These are the ones that are flat on the front.

914 347 803 10................... Plastic rimmed 70/71 914/4 steering wheel (You can cover these in leather and they work just fine. Double wrap them and they are even better)

914 347 805 11....................Leather covered 72 914/4 steering wheel (with 90 degree counter sink) Not the best choice but they do work better than the later

914/4 wheels with the beveled counter sink.
914 347 804 11....................Plastic rimmed late 914/4 wheel
914 347 809 00....................74 and later 914/4 "simulated leather" wheels.

Date stamp on the wheel will also help on whether it is a 914-6 wheel also, needs a date from '69 to '71.
