I kinda did the same thing, but lift them in the factory orientation

Diff'rent strokes... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Had to be reworked a bit but saved a little body work in one spot where there'd been a slight impact, and some hole fillin'

This is a tough one for me to call. I like the early look a lot & I really like Sleepins breast reduction surgery (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) , but I'm used to my big honkin knockers & would love to find another source for them besides "Atlanta". If someone goes into reproducing big honkin knockers I would recommend that they manufacture them w/ stainless steel hardware, so as to avoid any future breast cancer issues.

Thank's for all the great comments about my tits! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I originally tried them out like Porschef, they look good that way too. The only problem that I had was the curve didn't match up at all. I supposed I could have massaged the tits a little to make the curves match, but when I turned them sideways, I was really happy with how they fit.

I like this look, but I'm not clear what you did here. Can you explain further?

Mine had a reduction. It was causing her lower back problems.

Same here. Sleepin, could you give a part #? I'm having trouble finding that exact parts diagram with a list of numbers. One of my tits rusted off and I would like to put things back together.

So did you do the rear too? So that is what you did? take them off of a 75-76 bumper or some other car? I enjoy wondering thru the local junk yards, so that is just something else to look for, if I don't go with the 75-76 scavenge.

I did not do the rear. I had a nice set of big, 1974 tits that looked good on the rear. The curves seemed quite a bit different on the rear...so much so, that I would have had to reshape the inside curve of the smaller tits to make it look good on the bumper.

Yes, I used the factory 914 BUB tits on the front. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

As I recall the bolt hole spacing is different on the 75-76 tits. Did you redrill holes in your bumper?

Thank you sleepin! Well I still have my 75 bumper and I'm planning to replace it with early bumper. So here is a picture where I can get the front bumper guard.

"BUB" means "Big Ugly Bumper". California and at least one other state had additional bumper guards ... little "A-cups" front and back, like on Jim Hoyland's copper '75:

I'm pretty sure 914 rubber is making them. He used my NOS tit's for the molds (at least for the fronts)

I like sleepins look with the b-cups, but the d-cups allow you to dress them up with some bling...ie a pair of driving lights. Plus after 40 years of d-cups I have kinda grown attached.

Yes, with turning them sideways, you need to have vertical holes instead of the stock horizontal holes. The curve is not right at all mounting them right side up.

here is a picture of the hole difference:
(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i171.photobucket.com-8357-1413263506.3.jpg)

and the curve alignment:
