The seller is only asking a reasonable price for this so called-6 valence. If you can find NEW ones at that price, I will take a dozen. ...but in reality you can't. So back to basic marketing one of one. If you still think it's too much, you have better start playing with Match Box toys. Playing with rare Porsche parts is not easy....it all depends on how deep your pocket is. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

That's what I thought but wasn't 100% sure.

Of course honesty isn't high on the list for sebrig66, Carrara parts, flat6parts, whatever his name is this week.

I watched that auction and didn't notice the hole location was off. mrbmw2002 sold that one advertised as a factory 6 part for $ 410.00 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

I have one...don't need another'
But emailed this ebay vendor, asked him about the placement of the hole, let him know that I was concerned that it appeared very much to be from a non 6....
He never responded, let the auction run...someone got ripped.
I am SO not impressed with the vendor....and he sells a bunch of teener parts.

BTW
The price offered on this thread is dirt cheap.
If I felt like hoarding, I would buy this in a minute.
There are uber difficult to find.

The question was not really about price but rather, would you ever received it once you paid for it.

I don't know much about the seller but I'll take that part right now.
Even 4 cyl. port hole valences are hard to find.
The part is for a 6.
