It started the day I got it home but ran outa gas. I put gas in it and now all it does is turn and turn. Ive never had a carbd car without a choke and this dint have one I dont think. Is there a trick to starting them ?

Cold starting a carbed 914 can be a little tricky.
My process was three pumps of gas, and hold the peddle ~1/2 way down. You need to keep the peddle down a bit until the engine has some heat in it, or else it will just stall when you take your foot off. And, yeah, change the fuel filter. Zach |
