OK, Let's get everyone registered! I know all the hotel rooms are book. YEAH!

HOTEL INFO
The Host Hotel is the San Simeon Lodge
9520 Castillo Drive
San Simeon, Ca 93452
Phone 805-927-4601
The Hotel says they are book. Call anyway! There are also several other hotels right there. You can Google search and choose whats best for you.
We can start booking as of Monday Nov.10th. They are holding rooms for us in the north wing of the hotel and we will have the parking lot on that side all to ourselves! They are the Ocean View Deluxe Rooms. You will have to call to book your room and tell them you are with the Porsche 914 Club to get the $99.00 group rate.
When you call to reserve a room, they will take a card number, but nothing will be charged until you check in. And there is a three day cancellation. Per hotel management there is space available for trucks and trailers to park.
Book your rooms now! [/color]

Some of the fun activities planned are driving tours, games, a People’s Choice Car Show, wine tasting tours, a tech session and more. This event is being planned by three guys (and their wives) who have been a part of the 914 world for over 25 years.

Donations from vendors have already started. Besides the activities listed above, we will have event T-shirts and a small swap meet. Plus, you think you know your 914? Let’s find out with a 20 question Tech Quiz.

We want you to be a part of this event. Drive your 914. Pull it in on a trailer. Needs paint? No problem. It runs, right? Tell a friend, bring a friend! Hope to see you there!

If you have any questions feel free to contact one of the Co-Conspirators; Mike D. , Leamon S. (heeltoe914) or Don Cameron (don-6) !

12-18-14 - New Flyer with on the info you can copy and print is on page 8!

The Hotel Info is up on the first post!
Check it out!

How many rooms are in the north wing? And is that open area available to use for car trailers?
Thank You!!!!
Phillip J. Haun

Hotel Management said there is plenty of parking for trailers and rv's. Probably in the dirt. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I'm in for an extra day so the wife and I can take in some of the local offerings. It's called "balance". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) We're arriving on Wednesday. I asked if we could have the special rate for that day as well and they said yes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

If you're an AAA member, it looks like you can book Wednesday for $80.00 if you book through their online service (or probably if you call, too). Might be worth a call to ask about rate details.

just book online or thru AAA you wont be in the group Wing, but you'll only have to crawl a little further back to your room friday night. If you don't car about ocean view they have court yard rooms cheaper.
