Got this story from a co worker. Not sure if its true or not.

Anyway here's the story and some gross pictures (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif)

A guy in St. Louis was driving to work on Hwy 144 when he heard a 'pop'. He thought it sounded like a flat tire, though his ride wasn't affected. After pulling over, checking the tires and finding them intact he opened the
hood to look at the motor. Before the hood was even all the way open he jumped back in shock and knocked his head on the partially opened hood, unable to believe what his eyes were seeing! Nobody was going to believe
this! You sure wouldn't have either! Fortunately, a coworker with a camera recognized him along side the
road and stopped to see if he could help. Check out the attachment to witness for yourself the source of his amazement. Now, This has to be right up there at the top of the list of unusual but verified Reasons I was late
for work.

That's got to have hurt.

Did he just tie the snake around the broken belt and drive on?

half a year I got a picture via mail, but I guess it was a fake

the story sounds familiar:
In Greece a guy brought his computer back to the shop because it didn't work any longer. The technician checked it and found out that the reason was the power supply. When he opend it, there was a dead snake in it, blocking the fan ... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)
Unfortunately I can't find the pic - maybe it's on my computer at the office
If yes, I'll post it tomorrow.

I find it hard to believe that its a true story, but if its not is either a really good photochop, or it took somebody a long time to starge (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

Cats often find their way into a car engine bay & pay for it once the car starts. We lost a cat in that way. For as many pet snakes that get loose it wouldn't be hard for this to happen... the snake was seeking warmth.

No, that is real. Poor animals love a warm motor.

Ex-roomy:

3 Burmese (1 13.5ft!), 2 Savannah Monitors, and an Island Monitor (BIG! BIG! BIGGER THAN YOUR DOG!)...

8 rabbits per week.

yea, mine was a 1 rabbit a week guy, but later, you start looking around for stray cats and dogs... rabbits get expensive after a while... if money was tight, I would buy 4 jumbo rats (2.00$ each) instead of one rabbit(13$ ea. )...

the monitors are the real eaters though.... if a snake doesn't eat for a week, it's not a big deal... they can go 1 month plus, but big ass lizards like to eat all the time... I would try to convert them over to chicken though!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

yea, 13.5 is still young for a Burmese... those bastards get huge... 20-25 feet!! hide your kids!
