Looking to buy a 2.0 short block. Prefer it to have good, useable internals. Also prefer a carb cam, but I'm not really all that picky, just let me know what you have.

Thanks for the offer, I'd rather not deal with shipping at this point. But I'll keep you in mind.

I have 2 2.0L motors: a 1973 GA and a 1976 GC block. I am in Charlotte, NC. Both are complete motors. But, I would sell the complete motors (with injection and all), long blocks, or short blocks. They both have been sitting a good long while. |

Thanks for the replies so far, but I've hit a bit of a snag and now this project is on hold http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?sho...=245452&hl=
Hopefully, I'll be able to begin my hunt again, assuming I can actually get a title. |

Let's assume they are complete (with FI), and need to be rebuilt as they have been sitting? |

Well, since I am the potential buyer, I think $50 shipped seems like a good price (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Just kidding, let me know what you'll take once you get some more info. I'd be interested in knowing what you would would to tell the complete engine for, as well as just the short block price. |

Maybe Bruce (bdstone914) will chime in and give us an idea what these engines are worth. I just haven't sold a 2.0 L engine in a long time. |

I have a 2.0 core, GA serial#. Just the block and innards, oil cooler, and a few other little stuff. Pistons and rods but no cylinders, heads or flywheel.
It's in Norman, OK. |
